Death & Co.

Washington D.C. is the fourth location for the Death & Co brand that began in New York City and has expanded to Los Angeles and Denver.  We served as the architect of record for the new venue which transformed the existing second story destination.

Hotel on the circle

Located on the southern edge of one of the most important public open spaces in the City, this hotel is the conversion of an existing modernist office tower.

Flight wine shop

Flight Wine Shop is a first generation tenant fit-out to a high-rise mixed-use building in Crystal City. The project encapsulates the owners' deep passion for wine, creating an inviting sanctuary for connoisseurs and novices alike.
