Composed of a simple rectangular bar, the condo attempts to rationalize the irregularity of its existing context, allowing long expanses of glazing along its front facade and a generous rooftop terrace with views to Saint Anne's church.

With design emphasis on the connection between interior and exterior spaces - the project achieves a relaxing inner environment as well as achieving wide vistas of city landmarks.
